Refund policy
At Little Tribe, we take pride in delivering safe, high-quality, and thoughtfully designed toys for kids.
Because every product is carefully packed and quality-checked, we only accept returns or issue refunds in cases where the product arrives damaged or the shipping box shows clear signs of damage.
If you experience an issue, please read the guidelines below.
1. Damaged Products / Damaged Shipping Box
If your product or the outer shipping box arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, email us at info@littletribe.in with:

Your order number
-
Clear photos or a video of the damaged product

Photo of the damaged shipping box

Photo of the shipping label (optional but helps)
Once we verify the issue, we will provide one of the following:

A replacement, or
-
A refund
Note: Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be processed.
2. Wrong Item Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange:

A replacement shipment at no cost, or
-
A refund if the correct item is unavailable.
3. Refund Processing
After the returned item (if applicable) is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming the status.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Clearance or sale items
-
Customized or personalized products
-
Products without damage claims

Products reported after the 48-hour window
